Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year DOE
Full-time work with a flexible schedule (4–5-day work week)
Weekly pay: Every Friday is payday!

Located in Lynnwood but ability to dispatch from home
Requirements:
Commercial Plumbing Journeyman Card
Valid Driver's License
Med/Gas license preferred
Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug test and background check
Qualifications:
Leadership skills and experience managing a crew
Mentor and train plumbing apprentices as needed
Present yourself professionally and respectfully on job sites
Run a clean and organized job site
Effective text and email communication skills
Be a self-starter and a problem-solver who takes pride in plumbing
Knowledge of commercial plumbing installations
Read and understand blueprints and spec books
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing fixtures and piping
Ensure work is following local building codes and other regulations
Participate in training/certifications to develop as a professional
