All StarZ Staffing is hiring Concrete & Rebar Construction Workers for a 6-month housing project in Guam. You’ll work with a solid crew, get guaranteed weekly overtime, and travel, housing, and meals are included.
Pay & Schedule for the Concrete & Rebar Construction Worker:
$22 – $25 per hour, depending on experience
Guaranteed 10 hours of overtime pay every week (time and a half)
Full-time, 50 hours/week
6-month contract with the option to extend
Location, Travel & Housing:
Worksite located in Guam
Travel, housing, and meals are provided for the project.
No relocation needed — you’ll return to Washington after the project
Dorm-style shared housing with your crew

Concrete & Rebar Construction Worker Duties:
Build and set forms for foundations and walls
Tie, cut, and place rebar per plans
Mix, pour, and finish concrete
Use hand and power tools safely
Help with cleanup and material handling
Work as part of a team to hit daily goals
Concrete & Rebar Construction Worker Qualifications:
Previous experience in concrete, rebar, or general construction
Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
Reliable for full-time hours with overtime
U.S. passport or enhanced driver’s license (for travel to Guam)
Must be a U.S. citizen
(If you’ve done construction or concrete work before, you’re qualified — no special certifications required).
