Strickland and Sons Excavation is looking for looking for an experienced laborer to join our team We need someone who is willing to learn, a hard worker can show up on time every day and has general knowledge in this field.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Heavy physical labor
- Mud catch basins
- Cutting pipe with chop saw
- Anything and everything involved in excavation work
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year demonstrated work experience or if less than that must be a fast learner. They must be a team player, punctual, problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to work under pressure calmly and confidently with a "can-do" attitude is a must.
Must be willing to learn. If you already know everything this job is not for you.

Qualified hiring would be immediate, pay is every other week. Wage is based on experience, $20-$28/hr. Medical, dental, vision and retirement.
