Winfield Homes, a Seattle based home building company and builder of homes of exceptional quality, is seeking a construction laborer who will assist us as we build and deliver new, high-end homes in the greater Seattle and Eastside areas.
Primary Responsibilities:
-General labor tasks involved in the construction of houses
-Light framing and carpentry as needed
-Assisting Project Managers to maintain efficient, clean and safe job sites
-Maintain well organized materials on job sites
Qualifications:
-Experience on residential construction projects
-Physically capable of carrying 75 lbs., ability to climb ladders and stairs
-Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
-Able to follow written and verbal instructions
-Drug Free
