POSITION FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be willing to obtain Drug cleaning certification (Company-paid training)
Ability to scope and perform jobs without supervision including water, mold, fire/smoke, crawlspace and attic damage.
Experience with biohazard/trauma is a plus.
Must be able to wear full PPE and respirator.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Must have a valid WA driver’s license and a clean driving record. Ability to drive and maintain company vehicles.
Participate in monthly On-Call rotation for after-hours emergency calls.
Positive can-do attitude, agreeable, accommodating, excellent customer service, team player, clean language, optimistic, self-starter, high achiever.
General hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. After-hours and weekend work is sometimes required due to the nature of our work.

· Essential vaccinations and respirator testing
