Summary of position.

The Crew Lead, as part of a team, provides landscape maintenance services to high end residential properties in the Bellevue and surrounding areas. People skills, integrity, a clean driving record and experience in landscaping are required qualifications for this position. Physical labor and knowledge of how to safely use basic landscape tools and equipment are necessary to perform the duties of this position.

Expectations/Essential Daily Duties.

Arrive onsite by scheduled time in company provided uniform.

Review daily route instructions with Supervisor/Manager.

Ensure company vehicle has required equipment, tools, and materials to meet daily objectives.

Effectively and professionally communicate with crew members, supervisors, managers, and occasionally clients.

Safely and efficiently transport crew in company provided vehicle.

Work outside in all weather conditions.

Supervisory Responsibility.

This position supervises two laborers on a daily basis.

Work Environment.

This job operates in a professional field environment. This role routinely uses tools such as pruners, mowers, trimmers, blowers. This role requires driving trucks with trailers.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work.

This is a 40 hour per week full-time position; 4 days, 10 hours per day. Days and hours of work are Tuesday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:30pm. Overtime is an option depending season. Hours are reduced in winter months based on workload. Changes in work hours will be at sole discretion of management.

Requirements.

Driver's License (required)

WSDA Pesticide Applicator License (preferred)

Bilingual or primary Spanish speaker (preferred)
