SUMMARY OF POSITION: To help with the flow of products and stock through warehouse. To ensure inventory is processed, organized and stored. Due to insurance requirements, the candidate must be 25 years of age to drive company vehicles. And the candidate must have a clean driving record.
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. – 40 Hours per week.
Hours fluctuate based on business needs
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pickup supplies and maintain inventory.
General Maintenance of building and grounds.
Move inventory and materials across facility.
Report damaged or missing inventory to Warehouse Manager.
Remove inventory from trucks for shipping and delivery and deliver to proper location.
Load trailers with supplies.
Operate heavy machinery like forklifts to move or store inventory.
General Maintenance of vehicles and machinery.
Able to drive trucks and trailers.
Other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Exceptional attention to detail.
Experience driving regular trucks with trailers.
Experience driving box truck with lift gate.
Equipment maintenance.
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
Strong work ethic and desire to perform quality work.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized and able to store items efficiently.
Must follow all health and safety procedures and regulations as dictated by the organization and OSHA.

LEVEL OF SUPERVISION:
None.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school education or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Clean driving record is required.
License or certification as dictated by the state to operate heavy machinery as needed.
Construction safety certification such as OSHA training is a plus.
Previous experience in maintenance, business, logistics, transport, and distribution.

Work is performed outside.
Benefits:
1 hour sick leave for every 40 hours worked. Able to use sick leave after 90 days.
Vacation after 1 year.
First of the month after 90 days, employee is eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits. Employer pays 73% of employee medical premium.
Paid holidays after 90 days.
