Experienced Laborer / Apprentice Carpenter
Issaquah, WA – Full Time
MacPherson Construction & Design is a high-end residential custom builder based in Issaquah, WA. We’re looking for an experienced laborer or apprentice-level carpenter who is ready to grow in the trades and be part of a tight-knit, supportive team.
What You’ll Do
Support daily jobsite operations, including site prep, cleanup, and material handling
Perform entry-level to intermediate carpentry tasks with opportunities to expand skills
Drive company vehicles, including dump trucks, for deliveries and debris removal
Assist with light landscaping, demo, and general construction tasks
Work closely with superintendents and carpenters to learn high-end custom building from the ground up
What We’re Looking For
1–3+ years of construction or carpentry-related experience preferred
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work year-round in outdoor conditions
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be legally eligible to work in Washington and able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
