Seeking Part-time seasonal maintenance employee for Bainbridge Island based Property Management Company that provides rental properties throughout Kitsap County, with most of the work on Bainbridge Island.
Candidate must have experience with handyman work including but not limited to; painting, drywall repairs, basic carpentry, deck building, pressure washing, etc. This position will require physical activities such as lifting, bending, moving, walking, driving, dump runs, etc. and must have own tools.
Must be a team player, but also able to work independently and communicate clearly. Need to have an eye for detail and be able to read and follow directions well. Be reliable and have dependable transportation, friendly and customer service oriented, as you will interact with management staff, tenants, and owners, making appointments, and more.
Work orders are submitted via email, and candidates must have the ability to check and respond to emails and texts throughout the day.

Hours will vary depending on the season and rental market. Starting at $30.00 per hour depending on experience.
