Farm Laborer with occasional other duties.
Farm experience greatly preferred.
Tractor driving experience desired.
This is a strenuous, high-paced position. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs on a continuous basis. This position would be ideal for someone with farm, machine operator, and/or tractor experience, who understands hard work and ethics and wants to join a fun and hardworking company. Mostly farm work, with construction and other tasks at times. CDL not required but a plus!
Pay starts out at $25-30 per hour, or higher + depending on your experience- it could be quite a bit more than $25. OT available. Plan on working approx. 40 hrs per week or more, including some Saturdays. Paid-time-off. Bonuses based on performance. Health benefits for employee 100% paid by employer after 90 days.
