What will you do?
- Warranty punch lists - including but not limited to, small drywall patches, texture and paint touch ups, hardware and door adjustments,
- Finish phase detailing - drywall patches and paint touch ups, hardware adjustments (mirrors, door knobs) test all cabinets to make sure all drawers are secured, complete Trello list,
- Scrapping out and sweeping prior to airseal, clean up job sites, rough clean at finish phase, pull ram board, quick vacuum where needed, pulling cabinet plastic, unwrapping light fixtures and removing stickers, test appliances for operation, keep homes clean while they are for sale,
On-going duties:
- Picking up materials, set up watering systems for plants and grass during summertime, use electric blower and lawnmower to maintain yards of homes for sale,
- Rental property move outs - spackle and paint, adjust hardware and doors
Job Duties:
Drywall patches
Paint & texture application, caulk touchups
General labor cleaning: scrapping out, sweeping, vacuuming
Install door hardware
Hang mirrors
Adjust cabinet doors and drawers
Pick up and drop off materials and equipment
Yard maintenance
Requirements:
Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
Clean driving record
Minimum of 3 years of applicable work experience
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
Capability to perform physical tasks for extended periods
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
Understanding of safety procedures and guidelines
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if needed
Ability to work well within a team
Good communication skills
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Basic proficiency with technology for tracking work and reporting issues
Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic issues on the job site
