Position:
General Laborer
Responsibilities:
Assist carpenters, project leads, and subcontractors on remodeling projects
Perform site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
Operate hand tools, power tools, and job site equipment (with training)
Load/unload materials and keep job sites safe and organized
Support demolition, framing, drywall, painting, and finishing tasks as needed
Follow safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications:
Previous construction or remodeling experience preferred, but not required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various conditions
Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
