As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our grounds while delivering exceptional service to our residents.Job Overview:As a Groundskeeper for our apartment complex in challenging neighborhoods, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the outdoor areas of the property with a strong emphasis on accountability and legendary customer service. You will work closely with the property management team to ensure that the grounds are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing for our residents.Schedule Requirements: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pmJob Responsibilities:1. Property Upkeep:Take ownership of groundskeeping tasks and ensure they are completed quickly and efficiently such as painting the lines in the parking areas, cleaning the recreational areas, maintaining the pet waste zones, picking litter/debris, emptying the dumpsters, tagging and reporting unauthorized vehicles.Adhere to groundskeeping schedules and prioritize tasks based on property needs and resident satisfaction.2. Legendary Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service to residents by maintaining a clean and inviting outdoor environment.Respond promptly and courteously to resident inquiries, requests, and concerns related to groundskeeping.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering legendary service to residents.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Physical fitness and stamina to perform groundskeeping tasks, including lifting, bending, and kneeling, for extended periods.Benefits and Perks:We recognize that compensation and benefits are important not only to our associates but to their families as well.
