As we continue to grow—especially in the custom hat market—we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to help us keep up with demand.
Overview:
In this role, you’ll play a key part in preparing shipments for Amazon warehouses and ensuring every hat meets our quality standards. You’ll follow a step-by-step process to package hats, manage inventory, and ship orders. Beyond that, you’ll get the chance to support various tasks in our fast-paced, startup-style environment.
Your Responsibilities:
1) Package hats for Amazon shipments:
- Place each hat in a plastic bag.
- Add a marketing postcard.
- Seal the bag and place it inside an individual hat box.
- Tape the box shut and apply a barcode label.
- Pack 20 boxed hats into a large shipping box and attach the shipping label.
2) Quality check all hats during the packing process.
3) Pull and prepare patches from storage for shipment to production facilities.
4) Operate a heat press machine to apply custom patches to hats.
5) Fulfill individual website orders (pick, pack, and ship).
6) Assist with various warehouse and company projects as needed.

What We Offer:
- Starting pay of $17/hour (40 hours per week, M-F, approx 7am-3pm).
