We are seeking an entry-level house manager/personal assistant to support a fast paced, dynamic personal/business environment. The purpose of this role is to absorb and learn quickly so you may gain a good understanding of all the aspects of household operations and the duties involved. You will be trained and in turn, responsible for a wealth of tasks encompassing but not limited to recruitment/hiring, event planning, managing schedules, inventory management, running errands, food planning/shopping, travel coordination, learning home security and safety, finances, the upkeep and maintenance of the household, following sanitation guidelines and in time with mentorship will develop management and leadership skills.
Be familiar with technology, able to prioritize, good organizational and communication skills and multitask responsibilities simultaneously. Take initiative and lead when needed as well as be able to follow direction promptly and efficiently. A key part off the role is providing personal support and assistance when needed. You will be immersed around confidential information and as such, are expected to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion surrounding your employer’s personal and professional affairs and handling of sensitive information with care and professionalism at all times.
You should mesh organically with the general etiquette of the house, which does not necessarily fully align according to socially acceptable conventions or standards. Must be able to think out of the box, be open minded, extrovert leaning, outgoing, energetic and personable. Have the glass half-full mentality while emitting positive energy and a supportive demeanor and attitude
