Schedule: Monday and Tuesday (8 hour shifts)

Must be able to lift, push and pull items. And per company policy must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
What you'll be doing:
Keep the buildings appearance looking professional
Clean and maintain all common areas
Sanitize all toilets and sinks
Keep all paper dispensers filled and clean
Clean residents homes and wash linen when appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Per company policy must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
Must be able to read, write and speak the English language in a understandable manner
Be able to read SDS sheets for all products used
Follow the polices and procedures for cleaning and sanitizing all restrooms
Follow the polices and procedures for cleaning residents rooms
Must be able to work in a environment that will have residents that may be ill, disabled, emotionally upset and at time hostile.
-Able to read, comprehend, and interpret instruction, warning labels, safety data sheets, policies, and regulations in the English language.
-Ability to communicate orally and/ or in writing with residents, co-workers, families and the general public
-Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds for 10 feet.
-Able to push or pull carts.
-Able to twist, stoop, kneel, crawl, squat
-Able to reach at, above or below shoulder height 70% of day is spent standing; 20% walking; 10% sitting.
