Pay Rate
Base Pay: $28/hr to $45/hr
Pay structure includes performance incentives and spiffs

Valid Driver’s License & Clean MVR
06A Low Volt Electrical License
EPA Universal Certification
Hydronic experience is a plus
Capable of following all Safety Guidelines
o Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
o Can work in situations requiring heights and tight working conditions from ladders or crawl spaces
Duties
Operate and maintain company vehicle
Follow instructions from Supervisor and Service Manager, and perform duties in a timely manner
Address warranty claims from our residential new construction department
Service and maintain residential furnaces, heat pumps, mini-split systems, tankless water heaters, and commercial rooftop equipment
Report any problems with company tools or vehicles promptly
Load and unload equipment / supplies from trucks
Participate and attend employee meetings
Provide exceptional customer service and education to customers during interactions
