Responsibilities:
Office Cleaning
Daily office cleaning tasks include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, and restroom sanitation.
Project Floor Crew
Execute floor care duties such as stripping and refinishing floors and carpet extraction.
Supervise cleaning operations, ensure standards adherence, train staff, and conduct room inspections.
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-performance standards.
Customer-oriented with a friendly demeanor.
Hardworking, honest, and highly reliable.
Must have reliable transportation.
Team player attitude with excellent communication skills.
Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the cleaning results.
High Rise Window Cleaning Qualification:
Previous experience as a High Rise Window Cleaner or in a similar role is essential.
Experience In high rise window cleaning using rope descent or rappelling
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in high-rise window cleaning is required.
Proficiency in operating lifts such as bosun chair and stage/BMU is necessary.
Comfortable working at extreme heights and in various weather conditions.
Proficient knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to strictly adhere to them.
Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks that involve repetitive motion, bending, lifting, and climbing.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities:
Safely and proficiently clean high-rise windows using advanced techniques and tools.
Operate and maintain specialized equipment, including suspension rigs, scaffolding, and cradles, ensuring compliance with safety regulations at all times.
Utilize industry-leading cleaning agents, tools, and techniques to remove dirt, grime, smudges, and stains.
Inspect windows, frames, and exterior building surfaces for any signs of damage or maintenance needs, reporting findings to supervisors.
