ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Technician Crew Chief to lead our restoration teams in delivering high-quality service to our clients. As a Crew Chief, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our field technicians, ensuring that restoration projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of field technicians on restoration projects
Manage the setup and operation of equipment for water, fire, mold, and other restoration services
Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within company guidelines
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and project progress
Train, mentor, and evaluate field technicians to promote skill development
Ensure safety protocols and company policies are followed at all times
Coordinate with the office and management team to ensure smooth project execution
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the restoration industry or a similar field
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to operate and maintain restoration equipment
Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
IICRC certification (preferred but not required)
Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude
