We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Roadside Assistance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for providing emergency roadside assistance to motorists experiencing vehicle breakdowns or other issues. Primary tasks include battery jumps (installation and testing), tire changes, and lockout services to ensure quick resolutions for our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Promptly respond to roadside assistance calls and provide timely support. - Diagnose and address common vehicle issues such as battery jumps, flat tire changes, fuel delivery, and minor mechanical repairs. - Maintain a professional, courteous attitude with customers during service calls. - Ensure all equipment and tools are in good working condition through regular maintenance checks. - Complete accurate service reports and documentation for each call. - Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training or certifications preferred). - Experience in automotive repair or roadside assistance is highly desirable. - Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. - Comfortable working in all weather conditions and at varying times of the day.
