How does it work for you?
If you come across properties in distress, i.e. hoarder house, multiple junk vehicles/rvs, squatters on the property, illegal activities taking place on the property.
1. Send us good contact information of the property owner and 2. a brief description of the sort of distress the property is in, and we'll pay you $2,500 when we close on the house.
If we are given minimal information, such as address only, we'll pay $1,500 when we close on the property.
