Job Title: Landscape Construction Foreman
Job Schedule: Full-time starting in mid-late March 2025
Starting Pay Rate: $40-45 per hour depending on experience. We also offer paid time off, paid holidays, cell-phone allowance, and retirement-fund contributions.
Description:
We are a Seattle-based landscape company seeking a crew leader for our construction team. We offer a professional work environment, with a friendly, hard-working team of creative landscapers. We work on large scale landscape construction projects on high-end residential properties in the Seattle area.
Responsibilities will include
-Directing, planning, and implementing complex landscape construction projects including paver patios, retaining walls, irrigation systems, and landscape plantings.
-Directing 1-3 crew-members in daily operations including quality control, training, punctuality, and safety.
-Installing pavers, natural stone, and flagstone patios and walkways.
-Installing irrigation systems.
-Cleaning, maintaining, and organizing landscape equipment, vehicles, and shop.
Qualifications:
-Self-motivated, trustworthy, and hard working.
-Strong attention to details and organization.
-Possess supervisor and interpersonal skills.
-Minimum 5 years of previous landscape construction experience.
-Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisor roll.
-Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
Typical work schedule:
-Our crews typically work four 10-hour days, Monday – Thursday.
