Professional Landscape Company serving high-end primarily residential clients is seeking a CREW LEADER for our maintenance team. This is a year around position
APPLICANT MUST HAVE:
A minimum of 3 years residential landscape maintenance experience
1 years of local crew lead experience
Valid WA driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to speak English and communicate with clients
Excellent knowledge of native and ornamental plants, current horticultural practices and pruning
A willingness to learn and grow with our company.
Ability to direct & supervise fellow co-workers to remain on schedule and prioritize tasks at each job site.
Able to lift heavy equipment / materials on intermittent basis.
Familiarity with gas powered machines.
