Landscape Maintenance Laborer
Reports To:
Laborers report to their manager every morning.

We work with commercial, institutional, and residential clients year-round contracted or one-time services depending on the customer’s needs. Responsibilities and Duties:
The position of maintenance laborer will require employees to perform all or some of the tasks listed below. Some tasks may not be listed below but may come up based upon job. Manager will speak with employee prior to being instructed on performing a task.
Being able to work with and follow instructions from crew leaders and senior employees.
Completing your daily time card.
Operating lawn care equipment such as but not limited to: mowers, blowers, edgers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, etc.
General clean-up of job sites and litter clean up.
Lifting and loading grass clippings and debris into the truck
Applying fertilizers and herbicides (after training)
Selective Weeding
Driving Company Trucks and daily care for company equipment.
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements: High School Diploma preferred but not required.
Experience: Previous landscape maintenance preferred but not required. Applicants with more than 1 year of experience strongly encouraged to apply.
Languages: Ability to communicate in English. Bilingual in Spanish is helpful but not required
Valid Driver’s License or State ID
Licenses: Candidates with a valid spraying license encouraged to apply.
Physical abilities: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Benefits:
Starting Wage: $16.50- $18.50 DOE with opportunities for advancement!
Hours: 8-10 hour shifts typically Monday-Friday

5 Paid Holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day) in year after Orientation Period
Sick Leave Accrual beginning the first day of work per WA State guidelines
