Job Description: Part-Time House Cleaner
Location: Clyde Hill, WA (next to Bellevue)
Hours: 8-16 hours per week
Pay Rate: $35-50 per hour (based on number of hours worked, experience, and tenure)
Preferred Days: Monday and/or Tuesday, though any weekday is an option.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented house cleaner to help maintain a clean and organized home environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, proactive in identifying areas that need attention, and capable of handling both routine and project-based cleaning tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Traditional House Cleaning Services:
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Cleaning countertops and surfaces
Taking out trash and recyclables
Loading, washing, and unloading dishes
Rotating Projects:
Cleaning glass surfaces every two weeks
Cleaning interior windows once per quarter
Cleaning the refrigerator monthly
Monthly dusting
Replacing light bulbs when needed
Ad Hoc Projects:
Seasonal outdoor area cleaning each spring
Addressing carpet spills or accidents
Added Services:
Family laundry care for a family of four (parents and two boys, ages 12 and 14), including washing, drying, folding, and returning items to their proper places.
