We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and be proficient in various technical skills. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment issues. The Maintenance Person will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements for this position include a minimum of two (2) years apartment maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
Turnover of units. and painting.
Maintenance, appliance repairs and replacement.
Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess equipment functionality.
Responding to emergency workorders after hours.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
Requirements
Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on teamwork and communication.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn new skills.

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
On call
