Sparq Living is looking for a laborer who wants to learn various aspects of home remodeling and start a lifelong career in residential renovation. At least 4 years of construction is necessary.
We are looking for an eager quick-learner who is hardworking, highly organized, can lead a team, reliable and always on-time. Pay will start off at $30 per hour or more, depending on experience (DOE). As your skills advance, your pay will increase.
You must be willing to get your hands dirty. Along with general construction work, some of your tasks will include: demolition, site clean-up, heavy-lifting and picking up and transporting materials. Most work will be located in South King County.
You must have your own hand tools and vehicle (truck or van preferred, but not necessary). You will need to also be a leader. It is vital that you are on time to sites and organized.
