Maintenance Tech is needed for 5 apartment communities.
Requirements:
Knowledge and experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, and minor remodeling
Able to prioritize and work in a timely and efficient manner
Provide excellent communication and customer service, Spanish speaking is a plus
Display organizational skills and maintain records, receipts, invoices, and tools
Able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and are physically agile
Have a smartphone, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance
Able to pass a criminal background check
