Snohomish County property management company is looking to hire a full time Maintenance Tech to start work immediately. We own over 190 rental properties, mostly located throughout the South Snohomish County area.
Main Job Duties:
Unit turns – tenant moves out, get unit ready to re-rent
Painting, caulking and other detailing
General maintenance of grounds for residential communities and commercial properties
Respond to maintenance requests
Additional skills – a plus!
Plumbing repairs such as replacing faucets and replacing or fixing toilets
Electrical repairs such as replacing light fixtures and wall sockets
HVAC repairs
Appliance troubleshooting and repairs
Install water heaters and other appliances
Garage door repairs
Other:
Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must provide your own work attire such as gloves, rain gear, boots, etc.
Provide your own small tools (hammers, utility knife, tape measure, drill etc.)
Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and good driving record to meet our insurance carrier’s requirements
