Busy property management company responsible for unit turns, preventative maintenance, remodels, and minimizing and reporting deferred maintenance to the management team.
Experience preferredbut will train the right MOTIVATED applicant. Plumbing, painting, construction, landscaping, handyman skillsets are preferredand helpful for this position.
Applicant must:
Be able to work efficiently and independently.
Be organized and communicate effectively with the maintenance supervisor and management staff.
Know how to problem solve and prioritize workload.
Have reliable vehicle, valid DL, clean driving record and insurance.
Pay DOE est 18-28 per hour. Med/Dent benefits available after probationary period.
