This is a physically demanding position, but for those who like the hard work, we try to be the best company you could ever work for. Cancel that gym membership and get paid to workout with us. Overtime is available at 1.5x for those interested.
We are currently looking to add both crew leads and movers and will be hiring immediately.
Ideal traits we are looking for in candidates:
-Dependable, with the ability to be on time every day, and show up for all scheduled shifts
-Hard working
-Good attitude.
-Reliable transportation or ability to get to work each day without issue
-Customer service oriented
-Focused on teamwork, with an ability to learn and listen
For Drivers/Crew Leads
- Valid License and Clean driving record
- Ability to command a team of 1-4 other movers
- Previous moving and/or driving experience with a box truck
- Good communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail
We provide packing and moving services, locally and nationally. For drivers, there is an opportunity for interstate travel if interested.
We offer Health/Dental insurance, PTO, and typically gratuities are very good
Starting base wages are $21-$25/hr depending on experience and postion, tips average out to around $5-8/hr typically
Performance Bonuses available as well.
