EXPERIENCED Commercial General Contractor

We currently have new opportunities starting soon and are looking for additional contractors to partner with!
TO PARTNER WITH US, YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE:
- Your Own Equipment and Cleaning Chemicals
- WA Business License (please, no sole proprietors)
- General Liability Insurance; Workers Comp.
- 2 or more people on your crew
- Must have COMMERCIAL experience and references
- You and all members of your team must be able to pass a background check.
What are the keys to success for an Independent Contractor?
1.) Strong, professional communication skills including returning calls, texts, and/or emails promptly.
2.) Must understand the importance of completing the assigned project in a timely manner and must perform a 'final inspection' for each job at the end
3.) Must resolve any customer complaints in a timely manner
4.) Must have a great attitude.
