Type: Part-Time / On-Call
Starting Pay: $22 – $25 per hour DOE
We help families and property owners with hoarding cleanups, estate cleanouts, and heavy debris or biohazard removal. The work is physical but meaningful — we believe in “No Shame, Just Help.”
Duties:
Sort, organize & remove household items and debris
Lift 30lbs + and bend frequently
Work indoors & outdoors (some dirty or emotional jobs)
Use PPE – all gear provided
Treat clients and teammates with respect and care
Requirements:
Reliable and on time
Comfortable with physical work and occasional biohazard tasks
Flexible schedule – on-call work varies week to week
Driver’s license a plus (not required)
Experience in junk removal, moving, or construction is a bonus
