Starting Pay:
$17.10/hour, daytime starting pay rate
$25.65/hour after 10pm, or before 7am, for early or late set up or strikes
On Call Crew is paid for least for 4 hours, even if they are needed for less.
Location: Tacoma based, with some travel (car pooling w/ work vehicles) in Western WA, particularly Seattle (when asked to work a gig in Seattle, wage is $20.76/hour)

Our on-call production crew primarily assists with the setting and striking of special events. This involves loading and unloading box trucks, lifting, pushing, staging large and small décor items, placing linens and centerpieces.
-Must be comfortable on ladders
-Must be able to lift/move 50lbs, with help from a dolly or hand truck
-Must pass a background check
-Optional Skills: box truck driving, power tool use
-Experience driving box trucks (like a U-Haul) is a much-sought-after bonus skill!
