Our client, a design company that specializes in home and garden decor is looking to hire an Order Selector and General Labor positions for their locations in Lacey, WA. As an Order Picker on the outbound side, you may be working with an Auditor who will scan a barcode on a carton and they are expected to label the carton quickly so the Auditor can move on to the next carton on that order. When an order(s) are completely checked by the Auditor(s), then all the boxes on the order(s) will need to be consolidated onto fewer pallets with no overhang and up to 90.”
As a General Labor unloading loading and palletizing and shrink wrapping pallets.

The Day-to-Day:
Locating Inbound Products: Unload inbound containers by sorting SKUs onto pallets for that SKU only (We may have 25 pallets laid out with a different SKU on every pallet and they are expected to take boxes from the rollers and place them on a pallet designated for that SKU). Picking and Packing decorations 5-10 lbs.
Utilize an RF gun to accurately pick orders as directed.
Shrink Wrap pallets tightly from bottom to top
General Labor Tasks: Occasionally perform general labor duties as needed, assisting in various tasks around the warehouse.
Hand Stacking Pallets: Manually transfer and stack entire inbound pallets of boxes onto another pallet in the storage racks.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience operating SP (Stock Picker) equipment.
Attention to Detail: Must have strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in tasks.
Pay Rate/Shifts:
$17.00 to $19.00 /hr
Monday to Friday (occasionally Saturday)
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (overtime is mandatory)
Peak hours are 6:00 AM to 4, 5, 6, and sometimes 7:00 PM
