This role requires managing touch-up operations, ensuring high-quality results, and engaging with clients to meet their expectations. The position includes the use of a company-provided truck for business travel.
Responsibilities:
Touch-Up Management: Oversee all touch-up operations to meet our standards.
Customer Service Excellence: Manage client communications and resolve issues promptly.
Quality Assurance: Perform detailed inspections to align with client and company standards.
Team Leadership: Lead touch-up teams to enhance performance and efficiency.
Process Improvement: Continually improve touch-up processes.
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for touch-up inquiries, ensuring satisfaction.
Reporting: Regularly update management on touch-up service outcomes.
Vehicle Management: Manage the company truck for job site travel.
Qualifications:
Expertise in Painting and Touch-Ups: Extensive experience in painting and touch-ups.
