We are seeking a reliable and experienced part-time / on-call Maintenance Technician to help maintain two apartment buildings in Seattle. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking for supplemental income and housing. Responsibilities include performing general maintenance and repairs such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry; addressing on-call maintenance emergencies promptly; conducting routine property inspections to ensure units are in good condition; working with management to complete projects efficiently; and maintaining tools and equipment in proper working order.
Qualified candidates must have proven experience in maintenance work, own and bring their own tools, and have reliable transportation to travel between properties. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Applicants must be available for part-time hours and occasional on-call needs.
