To makes sure that Sheds are
presentable for sale that day (ie: clean out all trash, sweep out dirt, etc., Make sure
brochures are stocked and hanging neatly in
the buildings, make sure all buildings have a

Have a Closing Routine: Before leaving for

Make contact with every customer who
comes on the lot and use salesmanship such as the following techniques:
When coming out to greet the customer
make sure you have a brochure to give them
immediately after introducing yourself.
