This position is for property cleaning in Lacey, WA. We currently maintain about 200 homes in Lacey, WA.
We are currently seeking a detailed cleaner for vacant homes. Responsibilities include but not limited to, deep cleaning homes once tenants have moved out to get them ready for the next tenant. This includes: all areas of the home (Kitchen, living room, dining room, bedrooms, bathroomsetc.).
A qualified applicant will possess the following traits and requirements:
Current WA State Driver's License with clean record
Current WA State Vehicle Liability Insurance
Dependable transportation which will be used during the work day.
Must be physically able to performing job duties. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and more.
Dependable, reliable, punctual. Everyday attendance is a must.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Professional appearance- you will be interacting with potential tenants at times.
Pay is dependent upon experience and skills. Pay ranges from minimum wage to $24 per hour. Schedule is Monday through Friday 7:30-4:30. This is a full time position. This position does not include any benefits.
