Looking for a Janitor/Maintenance Tech for multiple properties in North Seattle!
You:
Some janitorial/handyman experience (change lights, drywall repair, painting, etc.)
Some basic power tools and reliable transportation
Honest, good communicator, problem-solving skills
Can use a smart phone to take pictures, write reports, send emails
Us:
Great starting pay: $20-30/hr based on experience, overtime pay
Provide company phone, mileage reimbursement
