Restoration Technician - Emergency Response

Job Description: As a Restoration Technician, you will be integral in aiding property owners affected by damage. This role offers significant growth potential for the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to Emergencies: Arriving at the scene within 45 minutes to address damage.
Assessing Damage: Identifying and documenting affected areas.
Water Extraction: Using specialized equipment to remove water from affected areas.
Drying and Dehumidification: Applying fans, dehumidifiers, and other techniques to restore properties.
Demolition: Removing damaged items and materials as needed.
Cleaning and Sanitization: Cleaning and disinfecting to prevent further damage and health hazards.
Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of work performed and damage assessed.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong physical endurance and ability to handle physical labor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adherence to safety protocols and procedures
