In this dynamic position, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our property and the satisfaction of our residents. Your duties include scheduling, executing, and overseeing preventative maintenance to keep everything in top condition. As the primary troubleshooter, you address issues related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more. Prompt and professional handling of work order requests is essential, and you ensure that residential units are efficiently prepared for new occupants. In emergency situations, your on-call service and emergency maintenance expertise are critical. Additionally, you assist with purchasing maintenance supplies and keep property invoices accurate. As a committed team member, you engage in vital company-provided training, including safety and non-discrimination programs, while upholding company standards.
