Position Basics:
We currently need crew who are seasonally available at least through the end of January 2025, and can lift 50+ lbs, repeatedly, with some help from a hand-truck. So, some muscle.
Type of Work:
On-Call, Seasonal Work, at least until January 30th, 2025
Starting Pay:
$17.00/hour, daytime starting pay rate
$25.50/hour after 10pm, or before 7am, for early or late set up or strikes
On Call Crew is paid for least for 4 hours, even if they are needed for less.
Location: Tacoma based, with some travel (car pooling w/ work vehicles) in Western WA, particularly Seattle

We are an internationally award-winning event design & decor company looking for energetic, enthusiastic workers who like to be active in the workplace and bring positive, creative attitudes.
Our on-call production crew primarily assists with setting and striking of special events. This involves loading and unloading box trucks, lifting, pushing, staging large and small décor items, placing linens and centerpieces.
-Must be comfortable on ladders
-Must be able to lift/move 50lbs, with help from a dolly or hand truck
-Must pass a background check
-Optional Skills: box truck driving, power tool use
-Experience driving box trucks (like a U-Haul) is a much-sought-after bonus skill!
Availability:
As an events company, there is a standard industry need for weekend and evening availability, and some on-call weekday mornings and evenings. Though this is an on-call position, we are looking for reliable individuals, who are excited to contribute to a vibrant, professional company.
Samples of On-Call Shifts & Pay Scale:
Wednesday 6 pm-11 pm (Seattle event = Seattle pay rate of $20/hour + time and a half after 10 pm)
Thursday 8am - 2pm (regular pay rate)
Saturday 9pm - midnight (paid for 4 hours, time and half after 10 pm)
