Just started a large home renovation project and need a semi-skilled laborer to help. The job will take 6-8 months and we have another home in the permitting phase and hope to start after this one.
Qualifications-
-must be drug free and not have an alcohol problem.
-hard worker
-basic construction knowledge
-can read a tape measure
-proficient using power tools
-willing to do unpleasant work such as demolition, concrete work, and digging holes in cold/wet weather
-punctual
-have drivers license and own vehicle
