Compensation: $4,000 total flat rate ($160/day) + daily lift tickets (cash paid weekly)

Skiers, this is your dream gig! We're hiring TWO reliable Driver/Laborers (25+) to join our ski crew for an unforgettable 3-week adventure at Crystal Mountain. Provide top-notch support for fellow powder hounds while scoring serious perks. Limited spots – apply ASAP before they're gone!
What You'll Do:
- Drive our 15-passenger van safely (daily campground-to-ski-lodge shuttles, plus as-needed runs to/from Chehalis).
- Set up and maintain cozy 4-season tents for guest accommodations.
- Handle food transport and general support to keep our skiers stoked and stress-free.
Average 8 hours/day – with built-in flexibility for that mountain vibe.
The Perks (Tailor-Made for Slope Lovers):
- Flat Pay: $4,000 total – get paid to live the ski life!
- Ski Time: One FREE lift ticket per day + up to 4 hours carved out for your own runs on Crystal's legendary terrain.
