QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Presentable, professional, hardworking, dependable, great attitude, and good with people. Must be able to communicate in English and have own transport to Kirkland.
2. Some landscape/construction experience preferred - willingness to learn and take on responsibility. This is a great long-term opportunity for someone with ambition.
3. Must pass background check and have valid/clean driving license (CDL NOT required). Sport Court is a drug free company.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Must assist current crew leads (additional duties may be assigned):
Excavation.
Shooting grades and fine grading.
Retaining walls and drainage work.
Framing for concrete.
Installation of court surfacing and equipment e.g. basketball hoops.
Operating small machinery.
Truck and trailer driving.
Court cleaning and maintenance services.
General labor e.g. loading/moving materials and digging etc.
Maintain neat and orderly work areas (including job sites, warehouse and vehicles).
This is a hands-on role: Successful applicant will work in the field every day (mainly outdoors). Employee must be able to routinely lift 70+ lbs. and is occasionally exposed to work with/near power tools, work on ladders, and paint fumes.
As role grows: Employee must be able to assess sites, manage workers and communicate with subcontractors and clients.
HOURS: Full time, year-round, Typically Mon-Fri 7am to 3pm (hours may vary).
STARTING PAY: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (DOE), plus health/dental/vision insurance, accrued sick time, holiday pay and generous PTO.
