Position Details:
Salaried Employee
$70,000 / Per year
Location: Seattle and neighboring cities, Washington
Company vehicle, gas card and phone will be provided
Responsibilities (Included but not limited to):
- Overseeing multiple locations
- Managing daily operations
- Monitor the performance of the employees under supervision
- Train, and motivate staff, and provide guidance and coaching
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Address and resolve issues that arise, such as customer complaints or operational problems
Qualifications:
- Janitorial Experience 3+ years
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate teams across different locations
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Basic email skills
