Experienced Tree Climber/Crew Lead

Pay: $30-$45 per hour, depending on experience

Job Summary:
We are a reputable tree care company seeking an experienced tree climber/crew lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of climbing and pruning experience, a solid work ethic, and the ability to lead and manage a crew.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a tree care crew, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality of work
Perform climbing, pruning, and removal operations on trees of various sizes and species, using proper techniques and equipment
Maintain and repair tree care equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors, providing excellent customer service
Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of climbing and pruning experience, preferably in a lead or supervisory role
Ability to climb trees and operate tree care equipment, including chainsaws, ropes, pulleys, and rigging systems
Strong knowledge of tree biology, pruning techniques, and safe work practices
Ability to lead and manage a crew, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
