Established tree care business is looking to fill an arborist apprentice groundsman position.
Great opportunity to further your knowledge in the field or learn a new trade.
This is a year round full time position.
All jobs are in north Kitsap or east Jefferson counties
Duties include:
Dragging brush
Running a chipper
Assisting the climber
Pruning
Equipment maintenance
Chainsaw operation
Driving truck and chipper to/from jobs
Raking/Clean-up
Required:
- reliable transportation to the shop in north Kitsap or job site
- drug-free
- love of the outdoors and ability to work in all weather conditions
- ability to lift and drag heavy loads
- good communication skills: active listening and clear speaking
- ability to work in a team
- reliability a must
