Relief Manager and Maintenance/Janitorial
Could be a team position with possible residence included in compensation.
Administrative/customer service at 27 hours per week, light maintenance/janitorial at 15 hours per week. $21 per hour. Residence is 2 BR/1BA, 900 sq ft, basic utilities included, valued at $2000 per month. (Because this is on the second floor with no yard space, it is not appropriate for children.)
We welcome mature, responsible people to our team, with excellent work history and job skills – computers and office machines, pleasant demeanor working with the public, general handyman. Office position will include 2 full days per week and 2 half days. Maintenance position is flexible.
